Our team of experienced runners and performance enhancement specialists has you covered from the starting gun to the finish line, and beyond. They have assembled training tips and a training guide, blog on issues related to preparing for the Bellin Run, and lead cross-training sessions and training runs – all at no cost to you.

Fitness Centers

Bellin Health Fitness Centers have four locations, two of which will serve as the sites for the free Bellin Run training sessions. Wednesday evening training runs will begin at our west side facility near the airport. Monday evening cross-training sessions will be at our Bellevue location.

The Bellin Running Crew
