Free Training RUNS/WALKS

Wednesdays (starting March 20) / 6 p.m. / Bellin Health Titletown

Runners
It doesn't matter if you are new or a veteran, these group runs will help you. Guided by a Bellin Health Running Coach, each week there will be a short route and a long route to choose from depending on your current fitness level. It's a great opportunity to meet new people and workout in a fun and energetic atmosphere. These runs will continue through mid-October.

Walkers
Walking is a great starting point for those who want to begin a fitness program. It’s one of the easiest and most beneficial forms of exercise. Our weekly training sessions are ideal for runners and walkers alike, and will provide you with the support you need to get going and keep moving.
