Children's Run & Fun Event

Kids deserve their own time to shine while enjoying healthy activities. The Children's Run & Fun Event takes place on Friday in conjunction with the Bellin Run Health & Fitness Expo and is held in Astor Park.

The “Fun” will include giant inflatable obstacle courses, family entertainment and treats.

The “Run” is the Dick Lytie Children’s Run, which will offer two courses for children age 10 and under.

The schedule of children's runs is as follows:

• 6:00 p.m. Ages 4 & Under (1/4 mile) - Porlier St. starting line
• 6:15 p.m. Ages 5-6 (1/4 mile) - Porlier St. starting line
• 6:30 p.m. Ages 7-8 (1/2 mile) - Eliza St. starting line
• 6:45 p.m. Ages 9-10 (1/2 mile) - Eliza St. starting line

All children receive a T-shirt, award and a finishing gift. This is a non-competitive fun run. Every kid is a winner!
